Excellent customer service throughout. I initially dealt with sales rep Mickey, who explained questions I had along the way. If I hadn't scheduled roof work, prob. wouldn't have known Pond was there. They cleaned up very well after themselves. I found only one nail so far on ground. They even took the trouble to sweep off my deck in back of house.
