We discovered a long existing, slowleak in our garage roof into a void area caused by the original builder 10 years ago. The shingles had to be taken off and the plywood replaced as it had deteriorated badly. The Pond crew of two took the whole area apart, replaced the plywood, and recovered the area. They were very concientious about full leak proof covering including replacing flashing and match the existing shingles perfectly. The whole job took 5 hours. Cleanup was excellent. The original roof, wooden shales deteriorated after 15 years. I used the Angie's List app to locate a roofer. Pond roofing responded and provided an estimate. The original roof only consisted of wooden shakes, and did not have roofing plywood or sheeting. I told the estimator I wanted these items with the new roof.
