As we have come to expect, Pond did a great job, from our initial inquiry, to the timely estimate and ending with the professional installation and clean up. Pond has done many projects for us over the years. It’s nice to know Pond is the only contractor we will ever need for roofing and more.
The entire experience was an excellent one, as was the case on two earlier jobs that were performed by Pond Roofing. The assessment of damage and recommendation for moving forward were done quickly and professionally by Shanti Smith, with particular care to ensuring that I understood the root cause of the problem and how Pond intended to redress them. Cameron gave the comfort of trusting him with the process he detailed. Nataly Caballero, the Repair Department's Production Coordinator was excellent pre-production tasks and kept in touch me about scheduling replacement date. the roofers were punctual, hardworking and excellent.
