Everything went extremely well, from the initial inspection and estimate to the installation. I had used Pond previously for some roof repairs in the early 2000's and was so impressed with them then that I decided to use them for the new roof install. No high pressure sales tactics at all. The rep Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything very well and made sure we were comfortable before performing the work. I am very happy with the how quick they responded and the level of work performed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roofing repairs or replacement.

Great! The roof is spectacular.
A couple of years after Pond installed the roof, we had the siding replaced by another company. A couple of years later, we had a leak which damaged our ceiling and did damage to our exterior wall. The restoration contractor traced the leak back to a corner on our roof. I asked Pond to come out and take a look and figure out what we needed to do to repair the roof or whatever was causing the leak. I wasn't looking for warranteed work, just to repair it. They did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, cleaned up afterward and recommended a designer architectural asphalt shingle which improved the overall appearance of my home. I highly recommend them.
