The skylight doesn't leak anymore, but the fix (some silicone around the edge of the window) is gloppy - could have been neater. Otherwise good service, and he was done quickly.

Very impressed with the process. Mickey helped with a tricky insurance claim to make sure everything was covered. The workers were professional and had a good work ethic. They took steps to make sure the garage door was safe from discarded shingles. There was one small surprise where there was previous water damage to the wood on the second floor. Excellent experience
We've used Pond Roofing about a year ago and had some repairs done. We sprung a small new leak and they came right out to repair it. When we replace the roof in 3 years, we're definitely calling Pond.
