The team from Nelson were responsive and supportive from the beginning until completion of the project. Their workmanship exceeded my expectations and possibly the best quality I have had delivered from someone in the building trade over the past 10 years. Ive already had two neighbors ask for their contact information to inquire about work for their homes based on the work Nelson did for mine. Their pricing is fair and the work is good. Definitely recommend them.
Deck was completed on time per their quote.There was one deck board that was defective and they replaced it no charge. Very impressed with their professionalism.

They provided accurate estimate, on time scheduling, and quality work.
They were very much in control of the building situation. All workers worked on teams, Which is much better than working with a bunch of subcontractors that may or may not communicate with each other. Friendly good advice was given, that we could take or leave. Our color choices were fantastic. And best of all the neighbors all stopped by to tell us how much they liked the work we had done.
Excellent job resulted in a nice looking, well-built deck that should last the life of this house. The crew was hard-working from **** to dusk so that, even with a couple days of bad weather, the deck took less than a week to build. They were very patient and informative to the curious homeowners.

We had bow windows that suffered a lot from the elements (design problem) and were happy to find Nelson-Exterior to do the repairs and install new windows. First good surprise was the Sales Consultant, knowledgeable, responding exactly to our requests, flexible, not pushing for immediate signature.The project manager was nice and attentive.The working team was hard working and pleasing.I am happy with the result and the global experience and will not hesitate to ask again Nelson-Exterior for other renovations.
