Our consultant Jake was professional and attentive. He answered our questions and made himself available after the initial meeting for follow up questions. When the project started our project manager Jeff was also attentive and made sure the job site was prepped and cleaned up each day. Overall it was a good experience with Nelson Exteriors.

I am very happy with the work Nelson completed recently. I have a full deck tear down and rebuild project along with a smaller project to provide better support to a 2nd level sunroom that had rotting support posts and was starting to lean. We chose to do the support project first and the work was done on time and very professionally. Other than Ia delay in scheduling, the workers were wonderful and worked very hard each day. They were on time and did a tremendous job. I was very impressed and very happy with my new deck.
