Contract workers for window and siding install did a great job the first 2 days. I was totally happy. But when the crew went down to two people the quality of work declined. I had to ask to redo several areas of siding where the boards were broken, damaged or poorly cut/installed. Lead ********** argued loudly with me about correcting these items. Great experience! Prompt arrival, meticulous work, and the crew cleaned up the site beautifully after completion. Good communication all the way thru with us and with the city's permit office, and Tom, our project manager, checked the work regularly. The work is solid, and clearly, built to last. Impressive!

I can't recommend Nelson Exteriors highly enough. They completed a deck and workshop build for us and did an excellent job. Their attention to detail is excellent and their craftsmanship and care showed every step of the way. They were a joy to work with for scheduling and communicated with us clearly throughout the project.

We hired Nelson Exteriors to replace all our aging wood trim, fascia, soffits, gutters, and downspouts. The sales process through project completion was great, no pressure. The project turned out better than expected. We did have a couple of scope changes, but working with our Project Manager made it smooth keeping things on schedule. They also paid attention to the small details, which left our project with no punch list items, which was much appreciated.
