They were always on time; the person, **** ********, was excellent, a very nice person. All the managers, including ***, and the window installers were so polite and clean. I loved everything about my experience.
Your crew and the job they did were wonderful. The new look for an Innsbrook Chalet is outstanding. However, due to a delay in running out of product I continued to receive Invoice Notices, due, pending, past due. Never did I delay in sending payments when due, however I do not pay invoices for work not completed. Your "auto" notices need to be coordinated with the current status of a job. Lakeside R&D is an excellent company to work with. Two years ago, we had our front windows replaced by Lakeside.
