They were always on time; the person, **** ********, was excellent, a very nice person. All the managers, including ***, and the window installers were so polite and clean. I loved everything about my experience.
Your crew and the job they did were wonderful. The new look for an Innsbrook Chalet is outstanding. However, due to a delay in running out of product I continued to receive Invoice Notices, due, pending, past due. Never did I delay in sending payments when due, however I do not pay invoices for work not completed. Your "auto" notices need to be coordinated with the current status of a job. Lakeside R&D is an excellent company to work with. Two years ago, we had our front windows replaced by Lakeside. Lakeside was very professional and prompt. They took my design and were able to create it exactly as I wanted it. If anything was to my dislike or wasn't quite right, they would come and fix it.

We had our entire kitchen remodeled in the winter of 2023/2024. Lakeside was excellent in the entire process. From the beginning of the process, they were readily available to provide suggestions or answer questions. They communicated with us in detail throughout the project without our asking.
