we like the the sales rep ***** ******* first and foremost, he gave us a straight forward price based on our needs and didn't try to sell us on anything, he let us talk and ask questions and he educated us so we could make the right decision.
Everyone was polite and professional, from the salesman to the installation crew, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Overall work/Craftmanship was excellent. ******* the project there were several delays and communication gaps.
The team at Lakeside Renovation were excellent in all aspects of the garage door renovation they did for us. I highly recommend this organization.
The design phase was outstanding. Working with ***** and ****** was a great experience. When the work started was where we saw little value from going with lakeside. We assumed for the amount we paid for a 5x7 bathroom that we would have more consistent work process and greater attention to the work. We were constantly delayed by scheduling issues. Outside of the guys that did our doors we didn't have the same people finishing jobs others had started. Just didn't see the value for the premium we paid.
Lakeside's work is very high quality and we love our beautiful new space.
The professionalism of the whole team made for a pleasant experience.

They were always on time; the person, **** ********, was excellent, a very nice person. All the managers, including ***, and the window installers were so polite and clean. I loved everything about my experience.
Your crew and the job they did were wonderful. The new look for an Innsbrook Chalet is outstanding. However, due to a delay in running out of product I continued to receive Invoice Notices, due, pending, past due. Never did I delay in sending payments when due, however I do not pay invoices for work not completed. Your "auto" notices need to be coordinated with the current status of a job.
