This is the 2nd time we have used Joyce. The first one was to enclose a deck to make a sunroom. They were very professional with the sunroom. This time we replaced two large windows and 6 windows in the bedrooms. They entered the house and discussed with us what they were going to do. They had to move furniture in order to get to the windows. We never heard them as they each, ******** ***** and *******, went to different locations to begin the jobs. This was the second time *** hired Joyce to install windows- I liked them so much the first time last fall I decided to add new windows to ones that I wasnt going to touch. From ****** the sales *** to ** who schedules to the wonderful installers *******, **** and ******* it was A+ experience. The work crew was very professional, prompt, clean and efficient. They explained everything they were doing and did. We couldnt have been happier with their work. They even worked hard to deal with some of the challenges of how our house was originally constructed. I will probably have Joyce do another project in the future.

We just had our Joyce windows installed and we love them. I would highly recommend this company who I had the pleasure of working with **** who helped me choose the right walk-in tub to accommodate exactly what I needed. ***** (the installer) and his partner who also did a wonderful job who knew what they were doing and also cleaned up afterwards.
