***** the installer did a great job working on his own. He did a good job trimming out the windows and he made sure everything was clean when he finished.

*** ***** was our salesman and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable and cared about us as customers. He even came out the day of installation to make sure everything was going okay. ***** installed our windows and he did a great job. Showed us how they work and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Joyce for windows or doors.

Mr. ***** and his assistant ******* did a great job and they were "true" ****************. ***** takes pride in his craftsmanship and is very thorough, conscientious, detail oriented and made sure I was satisfied with the installation and job and reiterated that by following up with me. We had our bathroom shower replaced by JoyceFactoryDirect after seeing their product at the Cleveland IX Home and Garden display. The results are beautiful! **** and **** arrived to the installation (front entry and storm doors) on time. They were friendly and professional, and completed the installation in an effective and efficient manner. They communicated on progress and gave me time to inspect their work and ask questions before I signed off on the installation. The doors look really good, and I can already tell they have improved the heat loss in my entry area (which is very close to my thermostat). The Joyce experience has been good.
