Had a walkin tub installed by ***** and it was done beautifully. H made the tub look like it belonged there. I appreciated his enginuity and skill becacus the install was not textbook.

Joyce replaced my tub/shower with a new shower. They performed some minor repairs and managed to complete the project in one day. After they left I discovered the sink did not have hot water. I called customer service to report the issue and they scheduled an appointment for three days later. The service man that performed the install found out about the problem, he called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, fixed the problem in about an hour. We had an entry door, storm door, slider window, single patio sliding door, and a double patio sliding door. The installers **** and **** were excellent. They were prompt , professional, and left little to no mess. We are not 100% satisfied with the product though. There are many manufacturing defects that still need to be corrected. Looking forward to the day everything is completed and we can thoroughly enjoy the products that were installed.
