I ordered windows, screens and a front door from Joyce for my house. It was a 2 months wait for the windows & screens. Still do not have my front door. Some of the windows will not stay up & a lot of the screens do not fit correctly, actually have a gap so opening the windows with these screens will not keeps the insects out. We are now 3 months out from the actual contract date. The door has not been installed & my screens have not been fixed.

Matt installed a shower and flooring. The shower installation looks great, but failed miserably with floor installation! Very disappointed in final flooring caulking was used up to and around molding on the floor where the new flooring gapped to molding, he also used caulking around heat register! The old floor fit all spaces and no caulking was used for the imperfections due to improper fit of the floor! It looks terrible!!!

Very bad performance, we weee promised paint ready after remodeling. Walls in the shower not straight after remodeling. Uneven surface of back wall and one outside corner bowed out. Over all overpriced and very bad craftsmanship. Not recommend this company to anyone. Bad choice on my part.
