8-28-2025 Had all new windows installed by Ecoview windows New Berlin Wisconsin on 12-31-2-21 using Joyce Windows. We tried to contact Ecoview which did go out of Business. We spoke with another Ecoview location who stated to contact the manufacturer. We called Joyce windows and spoke with Elaine in July 2025 with regards to one of the main windows leaking water who stated we needed back to Ecoview which that location is no longer in business. I had purchased my home in NC three years ago. I wanted a sunroom added to the home Joyce Factory Direct sold me on their product and quality of work. Per our initial conversation, what I was told and what I was sold was completely different. I end up getting a box. I was so disappointed with the quality of the work and the amount of money I had spent on getting it done. It was a complete mess. They definitely took advantage of me and my money. Job completed but not what we were told that it would look like. .Took longer to complete than should have. Have not heard a word in two months about the finished bathroom. Would not use this company again.

Replace 7 windows in our home. Salesman came out and after the 2 hour home visit we felt great. Install day, foreman was surprised by scope of work, implied project team does not tell the install team what they need to know. My wife purchased pizza and drinks for the crew for lunch. Taking out old windows, NO drop clothes or barriers up to stop dust and debris, dirt, sawdust, etc. throughout house. Stark contrast to described "installation process". I would not recommend Joyce Windows. It took them 10 months to correct the sliding window latches. The installers left scratches on the window trim.

Initially contacted for a bathroom remodel, told I could have someone give me an estimate on an entire bathroom and it would take an hour (took 2 hrs). Representative came to my house and gave me a sales pitch about a shower/tub remodel only, Sales pitch stated it would take one day to remodel the shower/tub with a 2nd day for any overflow work if they ran into problems and they provide "only people specifically trained by them as they had their own contractors." Had a new shower,basin and shower door installed. in the process my vanity top was damaged.i sent in picture of damage vanity and after many follow up phone calls I have not received a reply. Will go to small claims court to resolve this issue.

Kinda came out and was very pleasant offered a 10% off for signing the paperwork and paying half up front. When they came to place the new bathroom we were left with damage to the walls the new shower that they placed they scratched it putting the shower rod in. We paid what the receipt said but did not get the receipt and now they are stating we owe an additional 500 they will not gi e us a copy of the receipt and the 10% that was told we don't have to pay they are asking for it.
