From the first day through the last, Joyce sent knowledgeable, courteous, and talented men to give an estimate, measure, design, trouble shoot, and complete a wonderful project. Devon, Tim, Mark, Elijah, Eric, and the rest were hard-working, neat, careful, and polite. Despite finding carpenter ant damage and rot in our existing wall, they expertly adjusted the sunroom's design, cleared the damage, and finished beautifully.
They did a very professional job. It was clear they would do the job the correct way and not take short cuts.
Mark and Adam did our install. They worked effeciently and we're pleased with our new door.
The sales team and installer were professional and friendly, but when I had a complaint after the installation I was given a cold and indifferent response.
The company message me with the client name 'I F**ked *****', my wife's name.I am being harassed and I called them and asked them about it. Customer support said they could not help and that they could not guarantee they would not call me again.I have screenshots of txt messages from the company, addressing 'I F**cked ****** for proof, but there is not an ability to upload screenshots here.Customer support would not transfer me to speak to someone who could help and hung up on me.

My tub isn't level and the faucet leaks. Joyce refuses to fix it. The tub had a slow drain and i gad to call Rotor Rooter to unclog their mess. All o asked, was to fix the leaking faucet. They refused.
The installers, **** and *****, were great, very professional, polite and did excellent work. They started work on a Thursday, and unfortunately, they were given the wrong colors , and a scratched panel. They had to remove the base which they installed, then had to leave to get the right materials, so they could finish on Friday. The next day they came back at 7:30 AM, and installed everything, except there was no glass doors given to them to install. I would leave a zero if offered. Joyce has replaced our shower three times and we still cannot get anyone to call us back regarding problems. We were never offered the free re-grout of our original shower and now they say the two replacements would not be counted. We cannot get anyone to come look at the boarding behind the acrylic panels and now the grout that was used is no longer available. We paid $10,000 for this mess and I guess we will be contacting an attorney to get something done. Take my advice, do not use Joyce! ... read more
I want to share my experience with Joyce Factory Direct so others can make an informed decision. I requested basic documentation about the plumber they used for my 2020 bathroom renovationspecifically the contractors name, proof of licensing, and permit information.
