I had a basement shower replaced. Our installer, Nick, did a really nice job while keeping us informed each step of the way.
Joyce was great to work with, start to finish. Our installer Jarred was very professional, polite and did an amazing job. We are super excited with the end result of our shower/tub and overall look of our bathroom. He went the extra mile and everything turned out amazing! We will use them on our next bathroom remodel.
Dealing with Joyce Factory Direct is always a pleasure! Our second project went smoothly from beginning to end. Kaitlyn did an outstanding design job, Ed got all the details squared away, Taylor (and Jonathan the lifter) did an amazing installation. Communication was always clear and you can just tell that everyone associated with this company takes great pride in their work. Professionalism at its finest!
I am totally thrilled with my Joyce Factory Direct tub to shower conversion! Kamal and Anthony were polite and very professional during the entire process. Their clean-up was exceptional and I would recommend these 2 gentlemen to work on any other project I would do.
We recently had Joyce convert a tub to a walk-in shower. Excellent job and professional installers! They worked very hard to get it done in 2 days and led us through each step of the process,smoothly. I would definitely use them again for future projects!
The road with Joyce was a little rocky at the beginning. My first quote was done by someone who is no longer with the company and we had to renegotiate the deal. However, once the work began, I was quite satisfied the installer.Kannel *****Was great. He explained everything, was very thorough and did a very nice job.
We recently had new doors and attic windows windows installed by Joyce. We’ve previously had them install a sliding glass door and was happy with everything. Most recently, Rick came to the house and was very helpful in working with us to pick out the best options for us. Mark & Adam were the install team for the doors and windows. It was a 2 day project. Had new tub shower and window installed. Contractor did a really nice job.
Dan BFC crew did great job. Stayed on schedule. Very professional. Excellent job. Kept us informed. Cleaned up afterwards. Allowed us to review job periodically. Communication was great before and during. Very happy. We had Joyce do our windows previously and still happy with that project as well. Would recommend for another project.
