We absolutely LOVE our new shower from Joyce Factory Direct! They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Kinda met with us and helped us design the perfect custom shower to replace our outdated jacuzzi tub and at a fair price. Tim *****did an outstanding job installing our shower in only 2 days! He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up everything when finished. We are very happy we trusted Joyce with our bathroom project!

I bought a kitchen window and patio door from Ric. He was honest and very informative. Great personality. The order was ready and installed within 2 months. Adam and Mark did a wonderful job. The outside trim was done nicely and they cleaned up after themselves.

Quality sales process, excellent quality materials, and the installation team (Dave,Bailey and Mike) was fastidious.
William and Jeff installed our new windows and did an amazing job. The whole project only took one day (almost 20 windows) and they were kind and courteous throughout the whole process. They were especially good with our dog and two cats, making sure no one escaped. Would recommend to anyone!
I had a bathtub to shower conversion and my installer Nick Mc was brilliant! He had great ideas that the salesmen were unaware of. He was effective, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. I would most highly recommend him. I love the shower!
