HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could give them -10 on their rating, I would, but it won't let me give any less than half a star. It is September, and I hired them back in January to build a sunroom. It is still FAR from finished, and they have a million excuses as to why! They have blamed their salesman, their installers and now their latest excuse is blaming me for being difficult. A hot mess is the only way to describe this company process and project management. The original sales guy who was GM for a long time in Charlotte sold us a screen patio. Verbally told us about the details some of which were not on the CADS drawing. Shame on me for not being able to read an architectural drawing or asking for a second review. paid them close to $40k for window and they also replaced roof and gutters on house reno...had massive flood days after install..."fixed" ...shingles continued to fall off for months and continued leak damaging/staining drywall ceiling...received the run around on all calls/emails/texts...the house was on the market the whole time...NEVER fixed...I filed with BBB but house sold so kinda forgot about it...we paid for more new drywall and roof to be fixed...
2/11/2020 is the 7TH month of my incomplete shower install project that was supposed to be free from aggravation and completed in a timely manner. Nothing has gone properly and my shower still leaks. If you want a circus in your home, just hire RINGLING Brothers BARNUM and BAILEY instead, because at least you will have a good laugh. I got a front door from them. The trim on the inside has come loose and has not been fixed. They came out and gave me instructions on how I could fix it when I paid them to install it properly. Then they never put my screen door back up. When they left, they took my screen door and I never got it back. I paid over $2000 for this door and it took months to get anyone to take a look at it. It is still not fixed and I still do not have my screen door back and up.
Hired March 2018, material had multiple delays. Not a great start, but finally July 10 2018 they get started on a sunroom addition and add windows in a patio up stairs in the living room. Over all the work is acceptable with a few issues but not real bad. The reason for the low rating is: Installation time was 6 weeks, even though I was told 10 days max. Two window grids were crooked and needs to be replaced.
Do not trust this company. Would like out of our contract, no work has been done to date. They won't allow it. On February 8th, my husband and I met with David, nd signed a contract to have a sunroom/addition added to our house at a price of $39,000.00 to include shoring up an existing desk to use as the foundation of this addition.
