The installers, the Longs, a father and son team were excellent in every way. They were neat, efficient, true craftsmen that executed their jobs with great expertieze. They were helpful providing explanations to any and all questions I had. It would be my opinion that they have few equals and none superior.

This was a good experience. Took longer than we thought it would due to inspections however we are very satisfied with the end result.

The warranty said anything that went wrong they would fix right away, but we had a small problem and it took them seven months to come back out. Other than that we are happy with the windows.

The quality of the windows, at this time, seems superior and worth the extra money compared to other quotes I received. However, I did not appreciate the high-pressure sales tactic used during the consultation. On the other hand, the window quality and warranty spurred me to make the decision to use this company. Hired to build a screenroom. Terrible company. Cracked my concrete. Screen was poorly installed and was literally falling off. Used the wrong color for my sunroom and tried painting it but splattered paint all over my house. Every time I tried to get them to correct their errors, I was met with rude and condescending responses. They walked away from the job and never fixed their errors.

It took us the longest to post this review because we genuinely wanted to give the company the opportunity to honor and stand by their work, but we are now completely exhausted with the level of service provided. : Unsatisfactory Installation, Product Misrepresentation, and Zero Post-Payment Service Do not use this company.
