Everyone was very professional and on time to complete work
This was a good experience. Took longer than we thought it would due to inspections however we are very satisfied with the end result.
The warranty said anything that went wrong they would fix right away, but we had a small problem and it took them seven months to come back out. Other than that we are happy with the windows.
The quality of the windows, at this time, seems superior and worth the extra money compared to other quotes I received. However, I did not appreciate the high-pressure sales tactic used during the consultation. On the other hand, the window quality and warranty spurred me to make the decision to use this company. It took us the longest to post this review because we genuinely wanted to give the company the opportunity to honor and stand by their work, but we are now completely exhausted with the level of service provided. : Unsatisfactory Installation, Product Misrepresentation, and Zero Post-Payment Service Do not use this company. The work in my bathroom which John Harden did was perfect. They were neat,clean and quick. Responsible and courteous at all times. My deck work was done b Rob Winfrey and team and again it was done well, everyone was neat,clean and and pleasant at all times even in the terrible heat. Great job ! BUT I warn you to really read and pay attention to the salesman, that is where my problem began...after explaining my problem to the manager Jason I still got no results, or respect to the situation....they wouldn't even acknowledge ... read more
I signed a contract with Joyce Factory Direct about 3 months ago. They asked me to pay a 10% down payment when I signed a contract. 4 to 5 weeks after they took accurate measurements after that no response back from the company. After I called them several times they said **your approval got rejected by county**, will initiate the process to refund my money. Until now, no response and no one is picking up the phone. Not sure when I will get my money back. I would not recommend this company to my friends and family.
