Added a wonderful Sunroom and Deck. Took a little longer to get going, due to hurricane and employee shortage, but they honored the contract by bringing down their best employees from Ohio to build the structure. Work ethic and manners were impeccable. Planning on many years of enjoyment in the new beautiful space! This is an update on my previous review of this company. While it?s been very frustrating dealing with material delays, electrical and water damage issues. The company including its electrical contractor did what was needed to make things right. They didn?t run away or deny the shortcomings, they just got to work. I commend them for that.

I give them 5 stars on everything because they called me immediately, they worked with us financially, the father and son team were excellent. They worked with our schedule and the work was excellent. They gave friendly customer service, and the sales person also followed up afterwards. We also love the windows they installed, great product.

I had spoken with a few builders to add a sun room to an existing deck. The builders' work would be more complicated and suggested I hire a sun room builder to do the project. Joyce sent a salesperson to our house to look at what we needed and advised us on the best way to handle the work. Once they started, it was two workers who put each piece in place.
