Ive used them for 2 projects now, a deck in 2020 and most recently a bathroom remodel. Communication was great. Everything was clearly explained, cost, timeline, everything. No pressure or up-selling. My installer *** was wonderful. He handled a few ************** like a pro and I felt totally comfortable having him in my home. Replacing a tub with a walk in shower, new vanity, faucet and light fixture took less than 2 days. There was no mess left behind and my new shower is gorgeous!

We are very pleased with the new tub and shower install that Jarome completed for Jacob's Sunrooms, Exteriors and Baths recently completed. The bathroom looks stunning and ****** did outstanding work on this install. We will use Jacob's Sunrooms, Exteriors and Baths for any other projects they do outstanding work! They take pride in delivering a quality product and installation. Every person that represented Jacob's was kind and considerate making the entire project seamless from start to finish.

The Jacob team came to me to discuss the alternatives and prepare for the installation. This was great for me, since I do not get around that easily. They were kind, courteous and very helpful.The installation went very well. The installer did an excellent job installing my new walk-in shower. He offered suggestions on the placement of shelves and safety bars that proved to be spot on for me. He also did a good job installing a new bidet toilet that I had purchased separately. I was kept up to date all along the way from the cutting of materials to install dates and times. The ************************ was on time, drop clothes on the stairs and hallway. Everything cleaned up. Asked for input on shelf placement and instructed on how to keep the enclosure clean. Finished quicker than I expected. Perfect caulk lines! Looks wonderful and clean lines, more modern no leaks and nothing broken! *** from Jacobs remodeling was outstanding. He completed our walk-in shower in 1 day. It looks so beautiful and the quality is beyond compare. He was very professional and protected the floor he walked on to get to the shower. Also he cleaned up his mess. We plan to use them again for our front door replacement. We have used them before for our new deck and concrete patio and steps.

Jacob came and removed an old bathtub/shower combo and in its place installed a beautiful spacious walk in shower complete with bench, shelves, and stunning glass enclosure. The process was a breeze from start to finish and everyone involved was helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend them and their services.
