I had to replace an octagonal window in my bathroom because the wood trim was rotting out. I was interested in replacing all my windows but couldn't do them all at once. The team who installed my windows (*****, ****, and *****) came out and did the first three a few weeks ago, and then the remaining seven windows this week. The windows all look so good and I appreciate their attention to the trim work, showing me how to use my windows, and answering all of my questions. *** from Jacob Baths came on Monday to do a bathtub to shower replacement and vanity replacement for us. He finished a great job on Tuesday morning. The new vanity faucet developed a problem and ***** came on Wednesday and fixed it in an hour. We are VERY pleased with Jacob's quality of work and materials and especially with their people, **** and ***** and *** and *****.
I am so pleased with my shower install. *** did an amazing job. He was so nice and caring. My new shower is beautiful. I highly recommend Jacobs.

Ive used them for 2 projects now, a deck in 2020 and most recently a bathroom remodel. Communication was great. Everything was clearly explained, cost, timeline, everything. No pressure or up-selling. My installer *** was wonderful. He handled a few ************** like a pro and I felt totally comfortable having him in my home. Replacing a tub with a walk in shower, new vanity, faucet and light fixture took less than 2 days. There was no mess left behind and my new shower is gorgeous!
