Josh from Jacob Sunrooms, Exteriors & Baths did an excellent job redoing my shower. Josh also came back 1 extra day to install my grab bars that Jacob's provided, since the ones I was sent from the V.A. were not the right ones. Jacob's especially Josh did everything they could to make me a happy veteran!
From the start Matthew O. my salesman, was great to work with. He knew exactly what I wanted and even had great ideas on things I overlooked such as adding outlets on every wall of my sunroom. Then Kevin P. took over and went over every detail with me and verified everything I had wanted and was always easy to get a hold of and great with communication. We had my parents' bathroom remodeled by Jacob and we couldn't be happier. The price was reasonable and Joshua, who did the install, was amazing! He was friendly, efficient, professional, and exceptionally clean. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!
Having Jacob complete two bath and shower remodels has been a wonderful experience. Communication was excellent. Installation was outstanding and fast. Jacob was very accommodating with my requests for a specific time line of completion for the remodel. Everyone that I have talked with at Jacob has been very helpful and personable. I was so impressed with the communication from the Jacob Baths staff. They kept me updated on every step of the process. Derek did a great job on my new shower and with my custom glass doors from Martin Glass all I can say is Wow! Absolutely beautiful! Almost too pretty to use- feel like I’m in a top scale Hotel !
