Over the years, we have hired Jacob to do a number of projects: roof (******************), fencing (*******), Doors, Windows and Patio (Jacob). We've done a number of our projects with them because we trust them to provide quality and professionalism, and in the rare occasion something goes wrong, to stand behind their workmanship and make it right. They have done that for us and we would use them again if the opportunity presented itself - truth be known, we are almost out of things for them to do!

I would like to thank *** and ***** for the fantastic job of installing our walk-in tub. Even though *** had to endure our two yappy dogs, and our crawl space opening. He is very professional and friendly and does fantastic work. Very prompt and we're not sure he even took breaks. He takes pride in his job as the house is as clean as if there was no construction being done when he was finished. I would refer Jacob Sunrooms, ********************************************* to everyone and for every service they do

TLDR: 1. Was I satisfied with the windows and their installation? Yes.2. Would I hire Jacob to replace the rest of my homes windows? Absolutely not. On 9/5/24, I signed a contract with ****** Windows by Jacob Family Enterprisesto replace 11 windows in my home. I was told by the saleswoman that I could expect installation 8 to 10 weeks later, which would mean around 10/31 to 11/14. Would not recommend this company unless you do not care to know what or when the work will begin. Communication was poor: no phone call, no email, nor text message to inform us of delays or other issues. Then they billed the finance company before the work was completed- the office staff obviously did not know it was not done. They also added in the final cash payment that was due on completion. This cost us an "over-the-limit" fee. They did correct this issue, but not before damaging our credit rating. We love our screen ro... read more
