We ordered two windows and an exterior door from Greenfox in August of 2022. They were installed this past spring. We ordered the windows as inserts, that they would fit within the frame of the windows that were being removed. The understanding was that the original mouldings would be retained. Too many issues. See Green Fox window website for more detail. Lack of professionalism. Ruin property.,shutters,. Product made wrong. Half windows open the wrong way. Who does that? Pretend not to speak or understand English and take no accountability. Too much stress for something that should have been exciting and new. They ruined that . Go somewhere else.

I did not get my windows replaced by Greenfox but I have been continuously harassed with phone calls by one of the employees at Greenfox. I blocked his phone number as he called me a few times after i canceled an appointment. He still keeps calling me and it has been weeks now! I wouldn't use a company that harasses me. If I wanted to use the company I'd call them.As it is, when I emailed to ask for my quote I never received a response. Wouldn't trust people that won't provide proper information either.
