I was extremely happy with the quality of my new windows and the professional installation of them. The company kept me informed about the arrival date of my custom made windows. They were flexible about the installation date to suit my schedule. They arrived on time! I was over the top happy with the installation. We are repeat customers of GreenFox. Our latest purchase of 2 window's arrived within the projected time, and are exactly as ordered. Installers were super courteous and professional. No issues, no mess, no surprises. Thanks GreenFox. Excellent service.
Worst company ever. No communication whatsoever from anyone. Waited 7 months for windows. One arrived with a big crack in it and no screens. Had them back several times to fix issues with doors and windows. Management is very dishonest. Say one thing and never follow through with promises. We do not recommend this company!
Not so happy with service. Signed contract in May 2025 which showed installation by Sept. Called Oct 1 and they indicated the patio door had been sitting in warehouse. Then after half way installed I noticed the patio door opened from wrong side. They then said you signed contract with the door opening that way. I had original contract, there was no diagram with door opening on it. THEY ADDED THE OPENING DIRECTION AFTER THE FACT WITHOUT ASKING ME THE OPENING PREFERENCE. Our experience with Green Fox windows has been nothing short of a disaster. We ordered 2 windows - the first window was to be installed only to realize that the window was the wrong size. We are still waiting for a new window and have no communication from the on updates and have had the worst client service. The second window was a complete nightmare - they cut a whole in the side of the house at completely the wrong place which has damaged the outside of the house to which they have not provided any effort to fix. Installers threw dirty covering on floors. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Very rough on old windows. I seen our outside walls moving. Opened up both front and back windows and a wind blew into the house all day. Couldn't answer any questions. did not speak English Dirt and debris everywhere. Clean up was very minimal at best. We had one window on our second floor that was blown out by the wind and contacted Green Fox to help us replace it. The process was horrible and the window does not match the other two - it looks awful! When we first hired them, Nait came to our home and was very curt. Although I was skeptical, they required that we paid 50% before they even started, which we did. After a month of not hearing anything, I phoned Nait to inquire. Just had three living room windows installed by GF. Their salesman measured the windows and grilles. I asked him to match the grilles with the lower ones, which were not being replaced. He sent me a photo referencing the color and sizes of the grilles. However, when the contract was sent, I assumed everything would be correct and did not check the grille size. I had some windows replaced by GreenFox and had intended on having my entrance door and bedroom windows done in a second session but now I am choosing another company.When they were installing a custom made bay window I noticed how small they had made it and that the windows cranked open the opposite direction that I requested.I had specifically told them that the rain comes towards the house in that direction so the windows will need to open the opposite way.
