Just had three living room windows installed by GF. Their salesman measured the windows and grilles. I asked him to match the grilles with the lower ones, which were not being replaced. He sent me a photo referencing the color and sizes of the grilles. However, when the contract was sent, I assumed everything would be correct and did not check the grille size. I had some windows replaced by GreenFox and had intended on having my entrance door and bedroom windows done in a second session but now I am choosing another company.When they were installing a custom made bay window I noticed how small they had made it and that the windows cranked open the opposite direction that I requested.I had specifically told them that the rain comes towards the house in that direction so the windows will need to open the opposite way. We ordered two windows and an exterior door from Greenfox in August of 2022. They were installed this past spring. We ordered the windows as inserts, that they would fit within the frame of the windows that were being removed. The understanding was that the original mouldings would be retained. When the windows were installed, they were installed in such a manner that the window ***** on the outside of the windows were lost and so they didn't match the way the other windows were installed in the house. Too many issues. See Green Fox window website for more detail. Lack of professionalism. Ruin property.,shutters,. Product made wrong. Half windows open the wrong way. Who does that? Pretend not to speak or understand English and take no accountability. Too much stress for something that should have been exciting and new. They ruined that . Go somewhere else.

I did not get my windows replaced by Greenfox but I have been continuously harassed with phone calls by one of the employees at Greenfox. I blocked his phone number as he called me a few times after i canceled an appointment. He still keeps calling me and it has been weeks now! I wouldn't use a company that harasses me. If I wanted to use the company I'd call them.As it is, when I emailed to ask for my quote I never received a response. Wouldn't trust people that won't provide proper information either.
