After contacting the office it was only 2 days when a project manager came and reviewed the problem and provided costs and a schedule.I received 2 calls after the contract was signed and they kept me informed about the schedule.A week before the start time they phoned and said they were ready for the installation how and gave me the final date. Green Fox had done an excellent job in replacing our windows a prompt, professional and courteous work! They even came back to fix a ******************* on the sill, which could be caused in transit. We did not request for it! Thanks for their detail and care in service, especially ****, the regional manager, and the two installers. Highly appreciated!

We are so happy with our GreenFox experience. Right from the start of the project straight through to the final inspection everything was easy. The installation of 2 patio doors a front door and side door was amazing they kept a very clean work area and took all our old doors away as well. I wouldnt hesitate to to use them again or refer them to family and friends
