The foreman and workers were respectful and even repaired the uneven roofline because of an addition to the old farmhouse. They worked ten-hour days to complete the job within a week. They cleaned up any debris from the crumbling old slate roof and added the ice dams, a solar exhaust fan, and replaced the chimney flashings. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing and did a good job. The project manager was difficult to deal with, though.

My only issue I had was they had to come back for the gutters a few times to make them right. Water was getting behind them then dripping down the siding. But anytime I called they came out, took a look, saw what they needed to do, and it was addressed. That is why I marked it an A since what they did to fix it probably should have been done in the first place not on the second and third call. They put a roof on a couple of years ago. No problems. Siding and gutters had already been done by somebody else. They were professional. They did good work, and they didn't slop it up or anything, and they cleaned up well after they were done. I don't have any complaints. A+. I have no complaints. I didn't see anything that I thought would be poor quality. I didn't really have to deal with their customer service that much. I inquired about the roofing job.
