My experience was very good. He did roofing, siding, and gutters. Their work was excellent. Some of the initial sales was OK but some of it was more salesman than I prefer. The work was good, very good. I had no problems with any of the work. Overall, I’d give them an A.

It was very positive. They were on time. They got things done as they said, time-wise. They kept things clean and the work was good. They had to remediate the stucco, so they had to take down the old stucco, and then they did build a deck cover—a roof over our deck. I would say A.

The work was done almost satisfactorily, but the attitude and the professionalism of the managers and the site rep were terrible. They did siding and gutter work for me. I'd give them a C overall. One of the main issues I had with them was what the salesman said and what was installed were two different things. What they did was OK, but it's not what the salesman told me they were going to do. I didn't have it in writing so I can't sue.
