They did a major renovation. It was fantastic. They stuck to a schedule. They were precise on their budget. The workers were great. The quality of work was great. They did our roofing, our siding, our windows, and our doors. I would give the experience an A+. I would be highly likely to recommend them.
They did a good job, it was done quickly. They got to the job right away and did a good job with it, and they were nice to deal with. They did the roof on our house and garage. I would grade them an A in everything. I would recommend them.
The experience was between neutral and negative. We had a lot of communication issues, a lot of them language-related. They had a lot of Russian-speaking individuals working for them, and I don't think they comprehended what we wanted done with our home. They said they did, but then we didn't get what we asked for. The quality of the work they did was really good and the communication and the follow-up were good as well, in terms of keeping us informed of what was happening with the project, if there were any issues, and keeping us involved in the process. The workmanship I think is pretty good. The roof looks nice. They were pretty responsive when we had questions and things. They did gutters. They did the roof and the gutters. I would give them a B. The gutter part is what I had a problem with. I thought I was getting covers for the gutter and I didn't so that wasn't really good on their communications. They did really nice work.
The workers are highly professional. The project manager followed up on a regular basis on the progress of the job. Even when I provided some comments or some recommendations, they did meet me halfway and tried to explain it to me, if, indeed, it had to be done. If it could not be done, they explained to me why, so I was pretty pleased. They removed my stucco for me. I would give Global Home Improvements an A across the board.
They did a very good job, they were efficient, they showed up on time, and they cleaned up after themselves. Very hardworking guys. They put raised seam metal roofing over three porch areas and gutters. Good all the way around, everyone I dealt with was good. I would grade them an A+. Customer service, the people I dealt with, was very good. They came when they were supposed to, left on time, and cleaned up after themselves. We already have recommended them to a colleague of my wife.
The quality of the work made it a positive experience. They did full siding, some roofing, gutters, some trim work, and some exterior screen doors installed. I would say they get an A for the gutter experience. My overall roofing and siding experience would be A. There were issues along the way with money, with pricing, and that would be my buyers beware thing.
