I had a totally positive experience. I had windows replaced. From the time the guy came out and gave me an estimate and talked me through the whole process to when they came and put everything in, they did a fabulous job. I am totally satisfied. I would give them an A+. They were great. Their quality of work was very good. I had Marvin windows put in. Their customer service has been very good so far. I haven't had a complaint so I haven't had to contact them and complain about anything. I was totally satisfied.
I liked the quality of the work. They did trim on house and replaced windows. I would grade them an A.
They came out and they pretty much took care of a few problems I had. In the beginning, it got off a little rough, but they did a good job. They did roof, gutters, and soffits for me. My overall gutter experience would rate as a B. The gutter was the one where I had the issue starting off and then they fixed it. The roof would be an A overall experience.
They did good work. They sided my house. I would grade them an A. I would recommend them.
They do a good job in a timely manner and clean up very well. High-quality work. They were working on a roof for me. I'd give them an A. I think some of the project managers could be better communicators.
They're a great organization. The crew was fantastic. The crew chief, his name is Mark, he was awesome, very informative. Really really quality work, but more importantly, the follow through and the customer interaction was phenomenal. I couldn't say more positive things about them if they were related. I got a new metal roof on my house, so they installed a new metal roof and they did some chimney repair for me. They get an A+, without a doubt. I have already recommended them and sent business their way.
I think the work was really good, quality was very good. I don't think the windows are as strong in terms of heat transfer as I thought they were. The glass is supposed to stop the heat from going in and out. I don't think the glass that they gave me in my windows is as resistant to heat transfer as I'd like it to be. They did a great job. They did roofing. It was over a particular area of the house that needed the work. They made the arrangements quickly, they did the job and did it well. I'd give them an A. Their quality is very good. I'm very pleased with the company. I'd use them again. I made the arrangements, met with a person, and soon thereafter I met with another person, and we scheduled the scenario and afterward it was all done. No complaints. Their quality of workmanship, good communication, their products, the whole package made it a positive experience. They did roofing and gutter work. They get an A across the board. I would be highly likely to recommend them.
