WOW!!!! Furnace died Monday evening. By 11am, Tuesday, we had a tech. Super friendly. Explained the issues with our old furnace and how the needed parts were not made anymore. Gave us options AND time to discuss them (husband and myself). Wednesday morning had 3 more super nice, super steady, guys in replacing the furnace. They were so tolerant of our questions and unbelievably conscientious about keeping things tidy. The *** team did excellent job. They did a very professional job of replacing my existing 30+ year old heat pump, with a modern high efficiency heat pump. The air ducts were cleaned. They left the work site clean and tidy. They provided an easy to understand session on how to use the heat pump system from its built in control panel and with the Web App.Â
