Have an electrical upgrade done this time. ***** was outstanding. On time efficient and great communication as to what was being done. This is the second major project I have hat Fox do in the last month. These guys are the best. I am glade I took their quote. Most reliable company I have ever dealt with. Thanks Fox and Sons.Â

One day, we discovered a pipe leak in our basement and called Fox Plumbing-Heating-Cooling-Electrical. Their plumber inspected the issue and informed us that our water line had burst. He quoted over $700 for the repair, mentioning that it might involve digging and moving the hot water tank. I was extremely worried and almost in tears, fearing the potential damage to our basement. My elderly mother called *** to investigate a potential shower leak at her home in *********They didn't fix that but found $5,000 worth of other work.No written paper estimate provide or pre-approved, exorbitant prices, no individual line item prices, bogus service plan tacked on. pressure tactics, took advantage of an elderly woman. They eventually refunded the service plan but no relief on the other unauthorized, unnecessary and overcharged work.Beware of this company and their tactics.Â

We did an emergency call out because our furnace quit. ** ******* *** * **** *** ** *** ******** **** ***** *******. Because it was Sunday they said it would be another $139 for an overtime call-out. I explained about my husband and said the fee was fine. We just needed someone quickly. THEY NEVER CAME! They never called. We and our caregivers have been freezing. I will call our regular company today.Â

Horrible company. Very ********* and they use ***** ********. They provide no price breakdowns in their quotes, only "flat rate" price totals so it's impossible to see what they charge for labour and parts. Do not let them back in your home after initial service or for their "free" inspection. Their techs get paid either commission or profit sharing, they will try to do unnecessary service and tell you all sorts of things need replacing. They came next day and I signed paperwork that was multi-page. No time to review as this would have taken time.Told them my water had frozen and I had no water.He started where water line came in and said it should be metal not plastic. I said OK and he spent the whole day fixing that. He came half a day next then said he was done.
