My furnace stop working during the weekend. I made a call on Sunday afternoon and had a reply instantly and the technicien phoned me to tell me how long it would take to come to my house. . When he came to my house, he didn't mind me watching him finding the cause and explaining to me what was the problem. He had the parts with him and the repair was done promptly. He was very professional. I got an excellent service specially on a Sunday. I will use this company again if needed.Â
