Four Seasons is a great company with excellent products. The showroom is beautiful with state of the art rooms. Their products are highly quality and I recommend doing business with them!
During over 15 years of use, the rollers on our sliding glass doors had rusted and needed to be replaced. I contacted Four Seasons HQ, sent them one of the rusted rollers, and they sent us matching replacement rollers. The doors are sliding smoothly again and we love the sunroom.
I have had the pleasure of working with Four Seasons the last 3 years. My customers love their products and their support team is always excellent.
Not sure how to rate Four Seasons, so I am giving them 3 stars right now. Work on room so far has been excellent-no complaints there. Job partially done-waiting 4 months for custom windows for completion of job. Customer service is weak and accessibility from corporate is non-existent. No one can explain various current promotions and how that affects my cost. Will withhold remaining payment until satisfied with response.
Four Seasons completed a new sunroom for us this spring. There is absolutely nothing that I could find fault with. Two wonderful men did the job from start to finish, working in the rain, until seven p.m. to finish a project sometimes and were obliging in every way. I couldn't be happier with my choice of Four Seasons and would recommend this company to anyone who is considering an addition. Everything went perfectly from start to finish.
The company sales representative listened to my needs and designed a solution with this in mind. I can't stay enough good things about the installation crew. They were professional, showed up on time each day and were very diligent about cleaning up behind themselves. The project supplies where neatly stacked each day and not left all over my yard. I have now used the sunroom for 7 months and I couldn't be happier with it. It is everything I had hoped for.
