Five Star Bath Solutions (FSBS) replaced our non-functioning basement bathroom whirlpool tub with a new whirlpool tub + shower wall replacement. FSBS was very easy to work with, from the initial in-home meeting to the completion of the installation. We needed a walk-in shower to replace the tub-shower that is currently in the house. The project need to be completed prior to my back surgery, Contacted Five Star Bath Solutions and met with Tom (one of the owners). Right away we could tell Tom was genuine and someone we wanted to do business with. Signed a contract before Tom left. Within 6 weeks our beautiful walk-in shower was installed. The project was hassle free. I had my old tub removed and a new shower installed for my elderly mom. They explained the process and the time frame. They protected my carpet and cleaned up after their work. Finished earlier than expected, less than 8 hours. It turned out very nice.
