Although the project isn?t scheduled to be done until the end of December, everything so far has been very thorough. The appointment was confirmed and the owner of the company has been in contact with me three times to go over my project and make sure everything is accurate. They thoroughly explained the material they used and how it was manufactured, put together and totally waterproof. It also has a lifetime warranty. The workers and materials are top notch!
Good communication about when they were coming and were true to the two day time frame of the remodel. They had to come out twice afterwards to replace or fix a couple of things but responded promptly. Staff was always professional and courteous. Thrilled with the new look
What i live about Five star bath solutions when they give me a quote they foxus only on their product, some other companies giving me a quote they focus not on their product. The five star solutions was there with me all the way thru. They are very gracious, very respectful . They done a very good job, i love my new bath tub. Bath solution are true their their words. Finished product (new walk in shower, flooring) looks and works great. We did have a couple bumps in the road that caused delays, but 5-star provided a discount for our inconvenience and made sure every was to our liking before accepting payment.
We love our new bathroom! It's so difficult to make decisions based on pictures or small samples, but we were assured our choices would come together beautifully and they did. The team of Armando, Gerardo, Eli and another Armando did a fabulous one-day job. When they left, everything was so clean you would never know they had been here. We are so happy we chose Five Star Bath; they exceeded our expectations greatly.
The company was very professional in all aspects of the upgrade. Quality of the products were beyond reproach. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
A Great experience. We LOVE the quality, the look and the workmanship are all superior. Everything was great from the first visit for the estimate to the end of the installation. Would highly recommend. Sooo much cheaper than MN shower and bath. So glad we went with FIVE STAR!!!
Very professional and accommodating to our schedule. Work was done in a day. When there was a little issue with the caulking they came back and fixed it.
