Amazing job done from the very beginning to the final Step. Pete did a great job mapping out what I wanted which was not a normal request. Devon did an amazing job Installing my new bath and walk in shower. All done very professionally and very neatly. He kept me informed every step of the way. From start to finish this is the best bath fitter in metro area. Communication, follow up communication until the start of the project. Couldnt believe how hard one man worked, the plumber new his stuff and the city inspector showed up before they were completed. Oh you might get a slightly less bid, but dont be fooled, Five Star Bath Solutions bid includes the higher end wallboard, seamless and built in options the others will want you to pay for. The process went very well from start to finish. The team had excellent communication with us and everyone was very easy to work with and professional. They were thorough and answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with the workmanship. The shower finish and materials met our expectations and it was finished in less time than anticipated. We highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions of Minneapolis.
Ended up with a great looking bathroom from Five Star. Sales process was great thanks to Jennifer. Love her no pressure and thorough approach. Scheduling was easy and timely. Demo and install day was a little rocky due to communication between crew- keep your paperwork and notes from the team. Peter was on top of them and got it sorted for us. It was a pretty good project! The crew that came to put in the shower were wonderful! They made me feel comfortable and safe.(I was home alone) the only problem we had was with the very first person that came to meet us. There were a couple of miscommunications we had with them. Before the project was finished, people would call us back immediately which was really nice.
