In October 2022 we hade Exterior Pros team working on our project ; Installing new garage siding and gutter protection on our house roof. The team was extremely prompt worked fast and they were very organized. After our yard and construction area was cleaned well We had number of supervisors stopping by before during and after the project. We are definitely very happy and would definitely recommend Exterior Pros to our family and friends

Working with exterior pros was a great experience. They answered all of our questions and got us on the schedule for a new roof before winter. The employees from our sales person to the office team were great. The crew who came to replace the roof were professional and left the yard and driveway clean and debris free. I would work with them in the future. The warranty they offer is amazing. They replaced our gutter guards as well and that team was fast and the work looks perfect.
Exterior Pros did a great job of putting in our new windows and patio door (10 windows). The entire process went very smoothly. The crew were on time and were friendly, professional, and took care of everything. When the job was completed, it was very noticeable how quiet the house was. Very satisfied with the work.
(Potentially stolen medication)I had Exterior Pros install 8 windows in the upstairs of my home. While they did a great job - I had an important medication disappear from my home a day after they began their install. I took this medication Tuesday and by Wednesday morning it had disappeared. I did not move the medication, and left it on my dresser, in one of the rooms they worked in. While doing my bathroom the workers got upset and rude about the job because they could not finish in a day and when I tried to explain that I was not off the next day, he was snippy. Then the doors got put in the next week, the front door was not lined up and kept opening when my dogs pushed on it. I would not ever use them again, so many other problems with them and not straight answers.

Tried to get a door they put in that has a problem staying closed fixed and ***** called numerous times numb to the fact that I work. When we connected later that day at 5 I was told the workers do not work past 5pm and the only day to have them fix it was the morning of the next day while I was working.
