We plan to have our tub/shower converted to a walk-in shower and have had an incredibly positive experience so far. Geoff spent ample time helping us understand every aspect of the product and services offered by Exterior Pros and Baths and developing a plan that will work for us. We especially appreciate the licensing of employees and workers as well as the warranty provided. Selection is varied and several financing options are available. I know nothing about storm damage and what it looks like on a roof and/or siding, so when my home got hit with hail, I wasn't sure what to do. I contacted Exterior Pros since they are a local company with a great reputation. Within a couple of weeks, I had the insurance claim approved, roof and siding colors selected, and was waiting on the extra siding approval (we had aluminum siding which isn't made anymore, so it required proof that it couldn't be matched). I want to retract any negative information I gave about this business, I spoke with the owner and my concerns were addressed and taken care of. The work they on my three windows was great and they look great, I would recommend them for windows to anyone.
I'd like to thank you and Aaron and Exterior Pros for the quick and quality fix on our window trim problem. Aaron did a beautiful job on the fix and the nails aren't even visible. So professional. Thanks for coming out and fixing it. He even texted me to show me the finished fix so I could see it while away at work! Communication was excellent and we are so happy. Andrew and Eric were very professional and they are such hard workers. They did an awesome job and sure involved us in decisions and explained things. It was a great process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend those two and the company to anyone interested in upgrading their shower/tub area. They are very professional and fun to work with-especially Andrew and Eric.
