We were very disappointed with the services completed by exterior pros. We were told the project would take 1 to 2 days and it took 7. During those days the materials were left scattered around our house and yard including razor blades and nails. We have a dog and a 1 year old. even estimates are a nightmare! Don't know what they are doing. The material was delivered my husband spent all weekend in our 2 story barn in 95 degree heat, and they come Monday morning to start job and decide they can't do it! Tell me it is my fault because I bought a house with asbestos roof! The guys that talked to my husband knew it was asbestos but then claimed they didn't! all they did was cost us time and trouble, and believe me there are no gas cards it's a joke!

On the day of install we discovered that the roof was asbestose. It is illegal to remove an asbestos roof without the proper certification. We are not certified to remove asbestose. We did the right thing by not endangering you and your neighbors to airborn asbestose fibers. We promptly refunded your deposit. There are unforeseen circumstances in our industry and we reacted to them appropriately.
I am very disappointed in the communication and service with this company. We signed a contract for siding, soffets and a window replacement in July of 2019. many promises made by the sales rep. we waited 5 weeks and called for a potential start date. I was told our window had not arrived so they were thinking about 3 more weeks. after 3 weeks, we received a call that someone needed to measure the window so it could get ordered. we had been told it was ordered already but we tried to be patient and let them measure and... read more
The door we had installed is beautiful however we will never use them again for other things we need. From the original sale meeting in May through last week nothing has gone well. We have had attitudes from whomever answers the phone, promised return calls that never happened and just disheartening communication all around. Save your sanity and patience and look elsewhere for household projects.
My roof was leaking from the air vent. I called the company, after arguing with the management they agreed to come back out. They looked at the roof and confirmed it was leaking from the air vent. They said they we would replace the fan. I never heard from them again. I ended up fixing the roof myself with no help from these guys.

Your experience is out of the norm for our company. We keep very good records and do not have any prospects that match your name. We have been confused with other exterior remodelers. Please double check that you are reviewing the correct company. A great customer experience is our primary goal.
RecommendedFriendly people (Carl, Rob, crew), but they are not good communicators; they say they'll get back to you but don't, don't show up when they say they will. We like our new roof, gutters, and downspouts, but the crew left big scratches on our picture window 3 months ago and still have not fixed/replaced ... however, Rob assures us that they will fix/replace before the cold weather comes. Work not completed in time frame guaranteed. .. they do NOT show up when they say they will....once they were paid by our insurance our calls were not returned, concerns not addressed....left sky light leaking in my child bedroom, which now has ants crawling through...SHAME ON YOU American Family Insurance for using them as your PREFERRED choice vendor.
