Reasonably priced, quality windows. It takes a week or so for the windows to come in. They installed 7 windows in a day. Job was clean. No problems. Needed a mason to cut a window into an exterior brick wall. Was a quality referral.
Installers were friendly & courteous and did an excellent job getting my 17 windows done. They are looking very good and I am very pleased with the results. This company has been a pleasure to deal with & I would recommend them highly.
Mike was very professional, he gave us a prompt quote. The quote I found on the high side.
Overall we are very happy with the work done by Thermal Shield, the basement is now my favorite area of our home. The one issue that I have is that all of the work was done by two workers and the supervisor who planned and "sold" the idea and design never really was around to make sure what we discussed ended up happening. Additionally the detail finishing work was not as skilled as was promised.
They were very good- the finished product is excellent.
