They weren't the lowest bidder, but weren't the highest either. They were in the middle. They were very prompt and courteous. They cleaned up well and were preofessional. I would definately cosider using them again.
Initially they arrived and began tear-off of roof. However, the skylight installation did not go as well. It seemed that the crew was unfamiliar with electric skylights and then a supervisor came and started to tell them to proceed by using methods that caused concern, i.e. cutting wires and more. We also had an electrician that recommended that those wires not be cut. Better than I expected. They cleaned up every day......they came when they said and finished all in one few days, then had the supervisor check the job.....then the supervisor walked around the house with me to make sure everything met my specifications
Work was done exacted as contracted. I received a phone call when the weather postponed the job from Friday to Monday. Crews were prompt, polite, and efficient. The area was cleaned up before the crew left. Follow-up checked the work before signing off on it. The only complaint is that the crew that removed the dumpster did not check for nails left on the driveway -- there were two nails.
The owner made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work. The project crew was very good and the job came out beautifully. They cleaned up well and the field supervisor followed up after the installation. It has worked very well and I would use them again.
Very good. We got three estimates. This company gave us addresses for houses they had done near us so we could look at them before deciding. The crew was very professional and worked hard for 10-11 hours a day. Finished job in 3 days plus a bit more. Best warranty on labor of all three. We would use them again, but hopefully the roof should last 30 years!
Job went very well. Only minor complaint had to do with getting the PM to return my calls once we agreed to have work done. It took a week or so to hook up. Job was started on time and looks great. They even painted a few spots under the soffits where the wood got exposed.
Despite a few glitches in the weather, the process went smoothly. The materials arrived on time and the waste removed as scheduled. The workers were punctual and courteous. They did a great job cleaning up the yard. They even replaced siding that was loose, but not related to their job. One screen was damaged as well as a light fixture but they immediately replaced all the items. We felt that they they were very courteous and willing to please the customer. They were timely and they finished the job within two weeks. There was a head guy who would call and check in everyday.
