Their saleswoman that I met with was very knowledgable on their products and answered the many questions I had. She was very professional as were all the employees and Dave DiGiorgi whom I dealt with. When the project began, it was discovered we had severe wood rot in two walls. We got excellent service from the salesperson, who was very knowledgeable and punctual, and we visited their showroom to see the casement windows. Company was very responsive and kept us informed on delivery, which was within their initial timeframe. The installers arrived 15 minutes early which was such a pleasant surprise (our previous experience with contractors where they are usually up to an hour late). I signed a contract in February and was told that work would begin in approximately 6 weeks. March came and went, April came and went. In May they called to apologize for the delay, blaming it on an influx of business due to a promotional sale and a stretch of unusually rainy weather. I explained that I was leaving town on July 23 and was assured that was not an issue because the project would definitely be completed by then. June came and went. They were phenomenal. I have had numerous things done on my house and this is the only company that I can describe as outstanding. I?m a nurse and one of the other nurses at the hospital used them to do her house and it came out beautifully. I am so satisfied and my house looks just as beautiful. As rain slowed the work, the Thanksgiving holiday approached. Even though they weren't quite through with it, they were good enough to have the dumpster removed early to make room for my holiday guests. They still did a good job of cleaning up considering the storms and high winds. You never really appreciate having a good roof over your head until you don't! We have been leak free, ever since! Both their salesman and their foreman were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely call DiGiorgi again.

We used DiGiorgi back in 2005 to replace a large picture/double hung window at our old house. We'd been very satisfied with their work and pricing, so we contacted them again as well as a two other contractors to give us estimates for replacing existing gutters, rainwater leaders, and rotting fascia boards at our new house. We wanted seamless gutters with Leafguard or similar anti-clog protection, and composite fascias. Got three bids for new roof on our 3300 sf house. Phone is answered promptly by a real person. Salesman was on time, had samples, we picked architectural shingles. They had the best warranty for the work (transferrable to new owner if we well house), and had a competitive price. The workman showed up on time, cleaned up daily, and the new roof looks beautiful. We are very pleased.

Materials and dumpster arrived on time and were placed in a location previously agreed upon. They took care and protected our shrubs. The workers were very professional. They cleaned up daily and removed all job related debris from premises when job was complete. The completed job was inspected by the supervisor and myself before final payment. It was a job well done!
