************ from Desert Windows came out and installed our windows. They were very professional, left the place cleaner than they found it and answered all questions before and after. There was a manufacturing defect and they took care of getting that sent in for me so I did not have to bother with anything. Super happy with their service and professional, kind attitudes. My windows look amazing! From the beginning the whole desert king windows team was on top of things. ****** was very knowledgeable and not pushy. I was kept up to date on window status by emails and text messages. Desert King Windows staff, and sales manager ******** have been wonderful. We've have 2 sets of windows/sliding door from them. They are excellent in their process from begging to end. Our installers this time were **** and *****, who had infinite patience. Two windows were very high and had old individual panes which were difficult to get out. **** got them out and all of the new windows installed with ******* help. We had 18 windows installed and we are very satisfied with Desert King Windows. ** and his crew were very professional and respectful of us and our house. The project went very smooth. We love the windows and after just 1 week, we can tell a difference in how our house stays cool. Our air conditioners don't come on as often.
