Desert Kings team was very easy to work with, from the estimate through the install. They scheduled around my vacations, which made it much less stressful. The father and son install team were great, they installed five windows one set of French doors and one set of three doors in two days. Great experience would highly recommend.
Just had all my windows and sliding patio door replaced by Desert King. Everything was awesome every step of the way. I appreciated that they gave me options on how I wanted them installed. They didn't just push me towards the most expensive thing. They gave me options on windows, explained the pros and the cons of each, and let me choose. ***** and **** did an awesome job installing them. Clear communication: they were on time, and they kept it as clean as you possibly can given what they were doing. Just a great experience... read more
***** and crew just completed installing 6 windows and a patio door. I couldn't be happier with my entire experience with the Desert King Windows team. ****** was the most professional consultant I dealt with, thank you. ***** and his crew were professional, courteous, and fast. The windows and patio door are beautiful, my house is already quieter and cooler. It pays to get several estimates from vendors and I highly recommend Desert King Windows.
**** the *** and **** the installer were five star all around. Professional, available, and clean. I absolutely love the job they did. I love my new windows!
***** and his team are the absolute best. They came on time, let us know how everything would go, went above and beyond and they cleaned up after they were done. Great work.l
***** and his team did awesome install on removing and replacing old with new windows.
Desert King Windows was a dream to work with from sale/window selection, measurements, and installation. We were educated on our different options and felt guided throughout the process. ************ clearly communicated with us throughout the scheduling and their installation was flawless.
I had 17 windows and 1 patio door installed over a 2 day timeframe. From the initial contact through the installation the staff were efficient, communicated well and had great follow through. They answered all my questions, covered all my furniture and floors to minimize the dust and cleaned up everything both inside and outside. I received 3 quotes for the same window type and Desert King was the most reasonably priced, with a solid warranty and a referral program in place as well. I am very happy with the end product and w... read more
We have had dessert king windows for the last 21 years and have enjoyed them. NOT ONLY HAVE THEY REDUCED THE COST OF ELECTRICITY BUT THEY ALSO KEEP THE OUTSIDE NOISE OUT. I HAD ^ COMPANIES GIVE US QUOTES ON THE WINDOWS AND DESSERT KING WAS NOT THE HIGEST NOR THE LOWEST BUT WHEN ASKED WHAT THEY DID WITH THE REMOVED SCRAP I WASM GIVEN THE ANSWER THAT THEY RECYCLE AND DONATE THE MONEY TO ST JUDE, SO WHEN IT CAME TIME TO GET A NEW FRONT DOOR THEY WERE AGAIN CALLED. THE DOOR WAS INSTALLED YESTERDAY WITH A VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLE... read more
