We had a great experience with Desert King Windows. From the first meeting to completion of the install, they were very professional. ***** and ****, the installers, were knowledgeable, efficient, communicative and conscientious.
Just had all of my windows replaced with Desert King. Everything was great. Windows look and work perfect. The salesman, ******** explained the cost and process, without any high pressure sales pitch. ********, then came out and measured. And *********** arrived and installed them all by himself ( with help from *******). ***** went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the installation.
I dealt with 3 groups of people when having windows installed at my home. I will go over each interaction in order. I had retrofit windows installed. (Anlin)********: He was my initial contact and salesman. Everything he said was true and all portions of the install were as expected. He helped with information I relayed to my HOA for approval. They did an excellent job. They took down my blinds and reinstalled them. Fixed my drywall and stucco that was damaged during the installation. Very satisfied overall

They were excellent from beginning to end. **** and ***** ******* were are installers they were ******** happy with our decision to go with desert king windows.
Just got new Anlin windows for the house. Pleased with the product so far. Shout out to the install team **** and *****. They did a great job and ***** did such a good job cleaning up as they went along I barely had to clean anything after they left. And **** did some extra stucco repair that was not a result of his install. I recommend this team.
