Very professional From getting the quote to installation was done as agreed and no pressure for up sale
Had a great experience with this company and look forward to using them again. We had a back sliding door installed and from the selection of product to the installation screw, we were very satisfied with everything. **** and ***** did our install and they were so great to work with, very personable and friendly! The door is everything we wanted it to be and slides so nicely! Definitely a quality product. Definitely worth the price we paid, which was very comparable to other companies.
Great quality windows. ***** the installer was very helpful and walked us through the process of what he would be doing each day.
From *** (the salesman) to ****** (the measuring guy) to **** and ***** (the installers), service was spectacular. We are very happy we chose Desert King to replace our original 1970s windows! From start to finish the experience was excellent. Our salesman *** was knowledgeable and thorough. ***** and his partner arrived as scheduled to do our install. Although the windows could not be done today, they installed the patio door. They were very efficient and completed the job quickly. The door is beautiful and the job they did exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!!
Very happy we chose Desert King to replace our old 1996 windows! They dont even ask for a dime up front! Our salesman ******** was very nice and knowledgeable and thorough. We were fortunate and happy to meet ************ who did all the work of replacing ten windows ! They did fantastic work by being very conscientious of their work and also covering and caring for both our inside & outside belongings!
