Installation of shower done in one day, very professional workers. I had some stains on bathroom floor tile. Sent pictures of stains, bath fitter responded within 2 days & had a worker out to see how to remove. Bath fitter was on it quickly, & sent a tile man, ****, who quickly got the stains out. I was so impressed with their immediate response from customer service & getting folks out to resolve the issue. Thank you bsth fitter for my dated, beautiful shower.

We had Bathfitter install a new shower. We were pleased until the installer left and discovered a chip in our bathroom vanity counter. They said they have a time dated picture which is supposed to "prove" the damage was done before. Their rationale is wrong. The counter is cleaned every day and did not exist before their installer came. I have no doubt the damage was done by **********. We engaged Bathfitters to install a shower for my brother who had end stage ********* was stressed that it needed to be installed as quickly as possible due to his condition.We were told originally by the salesman 5-6 weeks, but they were going to prioritize this installation for my brother. As it turned out it took a full five weeks, my brother was able to use the new shower two times before he passed.Very disappointed in how we were lead to believe after several conversations that this installation was going to occur soone... read more

They won't stop calling. This is no way to earn business. When someone asks a company to stop calling and they won't that is wildly unprofessional. I would never do business with bath fitter.

Strong armed by sales rep. Never offered the current financing offer. Canceled the contract. Made repeated phone calls to main company and local company with promises of a call back and never received one. Have asked repeatedly when I would receive my deposit back without anyone being able to give me an answer. After 5 business days, still no answer or call back and the charge is still on my credit card. Do not do business with this company!
