There were no high pressure sales tactics. We were always kept apprised of the schedule. There was no drama! They came on time. They finished the job as scheduled. I was hesitant to use them given the massive amount they spend in advertising. But they were great to deal with.

Salesman was professional and helped us design exactly what we needed. Installers were on time, did the work in the time promised, and communicated with us every step of the way (the work was being done at a property in another state). The finished product is perfect.

Installation of shower done in one day, very professional workers. I had some stains on bathroom floor tile. Sent pictures of stains, bath fitter responded within 2 days & had a worker out to see how to remove. Bath fitter was on it quickly, & sent a tile man, ****, who quickly got the stains out. I was so impressed with their immediate response from customer service & getting folks out to resolve the issue. Thank you bsth fitter for my dated, beautiful shower.

They won't stop calling. This is no way to earn business. When someone asks a company to stop calling and they won't that is wildly unprofessional. I would never do business with bath fitter.

Strong armed by sales rep. Never offered the current financing offer. Canceled the contract. Made repeated phone calls to main company and local company with promises of a call back and never received one. Have asked repeatedly when I would receive my deposit back without anyone being able to give me an answer. After 5 business days, still no answer or call back and the charge is still on my credit card. Do not do business with this company!
