Bath fitter came in and took out old bathtub and the small shower and put in a very nice large shower. Fantastic job is what they did.

BathFitters has done 2 bathrooms for me and their contractor has excellent people doing the installations. I have been very pleased with the work performed in each bathroom remodel.The only negative problem I had was not being able to reach a live person using phone numbers I had been given and having to leave messages, then waiting for a return call, sometimes the next day. Had 2 bathrooms updated, 1 with a low threshold shower only and the 2nd with a tub and shower. Very happy with the quality of the products and the professionalism of the 2 crews who came out and did the work. The salesman was very thorough in explaining options for the bathrooms and the payment process. Would highly recommend.

There were no high pressure sales tactics. We were always kept apprised of the schedule. There was no drama! They came on time. They finished the job as scheduled. I was hesitant to use them given the massive amount they spend in advertising. But they were great to deal with.

Salesman was professional and helped us design exactly what we needed. Installers were on time, did the work in the time promised, and communicated with us every step of the way (the work was being done at a property in another state). The finished product is perfect.
